California Child Sexual Assault Suspect May Be on the Run; Authorities Seeking Info

The Tulare County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a 70-year-old man suspected of sexually assaulting a child. Juventino Virgen, a resident of Tulare County, California (located between Bakersfield and Fresno), is described as:

- 5 feet, four inches tall
- Weighing 150 pounds
- Black hair and brown eyes

Sheriff’s deputies believe Virgen may be heading towards either Mexico or the state of Washington.

Juventino Virgen is suspected of sexually abusing a minor. Whether or not Virgen knows he is wanted for questioning is currently not known. However, detectives have indicated that the suspect may have fled to avoid law enforcement.

Initially the communication was a bit choppy due to some green talent in the office but that happens.. It's important in business allow the full process to play out & not get emotional to determine if a company is going to ultimately be responsible/professional or not! I needed a lawyer to help resolve an issue with my insurance. I contacted several lawyers. He responded within minutes after contacting him; answered my questions and was very responsive and helped resolve the issue within 24 hours. Sometimes workers comp cases can drag on. Samuel was there every step of the way with superior knowledge and intellect. What struck me was the kindness I found in him. He has always made sure my family and I were doing well.
